Dear kids.

The past days were interesting. Jonas and me might be up to something here. But what is the most fun, ist not the end result.

What is the most fun ist to have to a process on how to work on ideas. How talk about it, click, challenge each other. Building quick prototypes of visuals. Writing. Defining processes.

I love process. Many fear the word process. It has a bad reputation. But you have a process either way, if you want it or not.

In 101 Things I Learned in Architecture School there is a chapter titled something along the lines of the most valuable thing you can get from a projct is what you learn for your process”.

When I read tht for the first time 10 years ago, I was intriuged. I have always loved process. The how you do it. Optimizing all the steps.

Of course that led to lots of overthinking. And it also leads to systematic thinking. It leads to reproducable results.

It needs some reflection, but I am pretty sure you either have that, or if not, you just do the Landmark Forum.

None of this writing is good enough”. I fear putting it in the blot folder. But somehow it is also time. Time to not even read it again before I publish” it — which doesn’t mean much more than that it gets a temporary URL. Nobody reads it. Nobody know it exists. At this moment I don’t even know the blot domain. maybe Or blog.afknapping de. We’ll see.

All I know is that I wanted to write for you and to for years now. There were countless drafts and lists. And as with the business I also hereby post and write. The daily blot.

I love you very much <3
